Cleanse and Clear Herbal Tea is a botanical blend of nourishing herbs to promote optimal wellness. This locally hand-crafted tea features the roots of burdock, dandelion and marshmallow, with the combined energizing qualities of ginger, licorice and peppermint. Calendula flowers contribute anti-inflammatory agents and red clover, nettle and alfalfa lend an array of vitamins and minerals.
Grassy and pleasant, with a bit of kick from ginger and licorice.
Ingredients: Burdock root, dandelion root, nettle leaf, marshmallow root, red clover leaf and flower, alfalfa leaf, peppermint leaf, licorice root, ginger root and calendula flower.

How to prepare and full joy:
- Place 3 teaspoons into one cup of boiled water and let steep for 5-7 minutes.
- After steeping, use a fine strainer to strain all herbal extracts so only the water remains.
- Drink hot or cold.
Drink before bed.
